College of Liberal Arts and Human Sciences Information Sessions

The College of Liberal Arts and Human Sciences (CLAHS) invites you to our High School Spring Break events, where you can explore our 40+ majors, learn about the college, and experience what it means to be a Hokie.

Sessions will be held Monday, April 14 – Friday, April 18, and Monday, April 21 – Friday, April 25.

Choose the date that works best for you and select the appropriate event based on the descriptions below:

• Offered Seniors: These sessions are designed for admitted students to Virginia Tech. Registration requires logging in with your Applicant Portal/Virginia Tech credentials. Each session begins at 11:00 AM with an overview of the college and insights into your chosen major, followed by a brief tour. Sessions conclude around 12:30 PM.
• Prospective First-Year and Transfer Students: Designed for juniors (and younger) and transfer students interested in learning more about CLAHS and Virginia Tech. These will include a general academic overview of the college along with details about your preferred academic interests. These sessions will run from 3:00 PM -4:00 PM.
