2024 Fall Visitation Waitlist

Thank you for expressing interest in participating in this year's Fall Visitation taking place September 28th-29th and November 2nd-3rd! While this program is designed to attract underrepresented high school seniors and/or first-generation students, we welcome the participation of any student who has a potential interest in Virginia Tech.

Please note the following deadlines to join the waitlist for Fall Visitation: For the September program, the deadline is September 16, 2024 by 11:59 pm. The deadline for November’s program is October 18, 2024 by 11:59 pm. No submissions after the deadlines mentioned above will be considered.”

Please note you must meet the student requirements below in order to participate in Fall Visitation:

• Senior/12th grade standing
• Minimum 3.6 weighted, cumulative GPA (with no Ds or Fs and minimal Cs)
• Coursework must show college preparatory rigor within the context of your school (examples include: AP, IB, Dual Enrollment, and/or Honors).

Please complete this form to join our waitlist! We will notify you about your status for the September program by Friday, September 20, 2024. We will notify you about your status for the November program by Friday, October 25, 2024. 

In the meantime, we encourage you to work on your application and the Self-Reported Academic Record (SRAR). If you are offered a spot off the waitlist, a completed application and SRAR are needed in order to provide you with an admissions decision at Fall Visitation. Space will be on a first-one-first-served basis OR until we reach capacity.
